Biography
Marc Cubrich, M.A., is a researcher, Industrial-Organizational psychologist, and experienced assessment and personnel selection professional. Marc obtained his master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational psychology from the University of Akron where he is currently a Ph.D. candidate.
His personal research interests include personnel selection, social media in the workplace, feedback-seeking behavior, and issues relating to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace. Marc has authored several book chapters and his work has appeared in journals such as Computers in Human Behavior, Industrial and Organizational Psychology: Perspectives on Science and Practice, Personnel Assessment and Decisions, Psychological Trauma: Theory, Research, Practice, and Policy, and Translational Issues in Psychological Science.
